Welcome to Dragon Tao Kung Fu Online. We provide online lessons in the form of On-demand classes, and Live online classes.

By enrolling in any of our lessonS you acknowledge that by using the site/service, and any related services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site/service.

User Obligations

   You must provide accurate registration information and be the sole person undertaking the online training. All user information must be true and accurate.

You agree to the following Acceptable Use Policy:

  1. Compliance with Laws

All users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with their use of our service. Any use of the service for illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior towards other users or instructors. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, and personal attacks.

  1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Users must respect intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using any content from the service in ways that are not explicitly permitted under these terms is prohibited.

  1. No Disruptive Behaviour

Users must not engage in behaviour that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the service, including the live sessions and interactive platforms.

Respect for the privacy of others is essential. Users must not disclose personal information of others without consent. Impersonating another person or misrepresenting affiliation with any person or entity is forbidden.

  1. No Malicious Activities

Users must not transmit any material that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful or deleterious programs. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service, other users’ accounts, or connected networks is strictly prohibited.

  1. Reporting Violations

Users should report any violations of this policy to us immediately. We reserve the right to investigate such reports and take appropriate action, including termination of access to the service.

  1. Consequences of Violation

Violating this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of the user’s access to the service, legal action against the user, and/or disclosure to law enforcement authorities as we deem appropriate.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service following such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Payment Terms for Subscription Service

  1. Subscription Fees and Billing Cycle

By subscribing to our online Kung Fu lessons, users agree to pay the subscription fees at the current rate. Fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) and will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  1. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where a user decides to cancel or terminate their subscription before the end of the current billing cycle. Users acknowledge that they will not receive a refund or credit for partially used or unused periods.

  1. Access Until Subscription Expiry

Upon subscribing, users will have full access to our online Kung Fu lessons until the end of their current subscription period. Even if the subscription is canceled, access will continue until the end of the paid subscription term.

  1. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. Users’ accounts will be charged for renewal at the end of the current subscription period unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the account will not be charged for the following cycle.

Cancellation During Free Trial

Users who have started a 7-day free trial may cancel the trial at any time during the 7-day period without any cost.

If you decide to cancel during the free trial, access to the service will continue until the end of the trial period.

Should you choose to continue with a subscription post-trial, the standard cancellation policy as outlined in our Terms and Conditions will apply.

  1. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to the user.

  1. Payment Information

Users must provide valid and current payment information. If the payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service until a valid payment method is provided and the subscription fee is successfully charged.

  1. Responsibility for Fees

Users are responsible for all subscription fees, as well as any taxes and other charges incurred in connection with their use of the service.

  1. 7-Day Free Trial

Dragon Tao Kung Fu offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers to our online Kung Fu lessons. This trial provides full access to the service for seven days from the date of sign-up.

No payment information is required to start the free trial. At the end of the 7-day period, users will be prompted to provide payment details to continue accessing the service.

If you choose not to continue with a paid subscription, there is no obligation to do so, and your access to the service will be terminated at the end of the free trial period.

  1. Discount Offers

Dragon Tao Kung Fu may offer various types of discounts for subscriptions to our online Kung Fu lessons, including short-term discounts (e.g., first month discount) and continuous discounts for the duration of an uninterrupted subscription.

For short-term discounts, the reduced rate applies for the specified period at the beginning of your subscription, after which standard rates will apply. Continuous discounts remain effective until you either change your membership plan or cancel your subscription. Upon changing plans or cancellation, standard rates as per the current pricing will apply to any subsequent subscriptions or plan changes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue discount offers at any time, but such changes will not affect the terms of discounts already applied to your active and unchanged subscription plan.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Ownership of Content

All content provided in our online Kung Fu lessons, including but not limited to, videos, written materials, graphics, designs, and all other information, is the exclusive property of Dragon Tao Kung Fu or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  1. Limited License

Upon subscribing to our services, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Restrictions on Use

Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, displaying, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting any content for any purposes without prior written consent from Dragon Tao Kung Fu or the rightful owner of the content as applicable.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Dragon Tao Kung Fu exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100) or the amount you paid Dragon Tao Kung Fu, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.

In particular, Dragon Tao Kung Fu shall not be liable for any personal injury, including death, caused by your use or misuse of the service or the content. If the parties do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), or the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA), as appropriate, under its rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any litigation against Dragon Tao Kung Fu (except for small claims court actions) will be resolved solely through binding arbitration.

  1. Jurisdiction for Legal Disputes Not Subject to Arbitration

Legal disputes that are not subject to the arbitration agreement outlined above shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and you and Dragon Tao Kung Fu agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
