Ok, I’ll kick this off 🤜
I’m Sifu Scott from Dragon Tao Kung Fu. Having also trained Karate, Japanese Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Ninjustu and BJJ, I found Wing Chun in 1998 and it has been my passion ever since.
I started Dragon Tao Kung Fu in 2010, after quitting my corporate career, so I could follow my dream of running a martial arts school.
I have been travelling to Hong Kong regularly (2-3 times a year) for training with Sigung Chu Shong Tin (until his passing) and Sisuk Ma Kee Fai. I also visit and train with Sisuk Peter Wong, Horace Chu, and Nima King.
I have started the online program and made it my mission to deliver the highest quality online training content, so that everyone can get the best training possible. I believe our online program is the best one out there.
I look forward to meeting everyone in this community, and I hope you get a lot out of it!

Hey everyone, It is great to be in this group. I feel excited to see more people to talk, learn and share your experiences with Wing Chun kung fu together.
I am originally from Thailand, but now live in Australia. I have learnt Wing Chun for 7 years and love the mind and body practice. I especially love the internal aspects taught in Chu Shong Tin lineage.

Hi Everyone, Evan here, nice to meet you or great seeing you again 👍
I’m so excited to be part of this group!
Having previous experience in several martial arts such as Karate, Aikido, Muay Thai, Kendo and Boxing. Wing Chun is always the one that can never let go of.
I’ve trained Wing Chun for more than ten years now and there’s still so much to learn. I currently train under Sifu Scott having undertaken and completed the Dragon Tao Kung Fu Instructors course. I also make my way to Hong Kong (2-3 times a year) to train with the wider Chu Shong Tin family such as the likes of Sisuk Ma Kee Fai, S. Peter Wong and Nima King of Mindful Wing Chun.
Wing Chun has been such an integral part of my life and I can’t wait to share my experience and knowledge with the group. 👊🤝💪

Hi Every one,
This is Pascale and I joined Dragon Tao kung fu in 2020 with Tristan (my 17 years old boy). He was determined to learn Wing Chun after watching the 3 episodes of Ip Man in original language on Netflix. I never looked back and kept training regularly since I joined. I even managed to visit the Hong Kong school with Sifu Scott and the other students of the DTKF school. I really enjoyed it and hoping to do it again.
One important thing is that I joined to learn Wing Chun but I now stay not only because of the great skills but also for the people.
Looking forward to sharing some thoughts in the chat.
:-) ;-);-)

Hi, everyone. My name is Sami. I’m a Drunken Style teacher from Canada. I had the pleasure of meeting Sifu Scott in 2018 along with his amazing students, wife Noi, and instructors. I’ve been studying Chinese martial arts for over 25 years. Though I’m a Drunken Style guy, I started with Wing Chun and it’s my foundation and first love. I also practice Xing yi, Hsing-I, and Ba Gua. I look forward to meeting all of you. You lot are very lucky to have a Sifu like Scott. Keep up the good work! :)

Hi everyone, my name is Eden. I actually don’t really know how long I have done wing Chun for under Sifu Scott’s tutorage, it’s been quite a while…. I absolutely love wing Chun, not just the martial arts but the community Sifu Scott has built around it. It’s funny to think of how long I have done it for because I’m not sure how long that would be but I know it’s the only hobby that I’ve suck with for over 5 years. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting to know everyone better!
Kind regards,
Eden Donovan
