Hello Fellow Wing Chunners,
Hope you all have awesome plans for the weekends. For me it’s training training🤜🤛 it’s really the only time for me to obtain any new crucial information and learning.
Admittedly, I have been slacking off on my personal training. It’s like going to school and not doing your homework😵😵💫🤕. I used to be extremely vigilant, working on standing meditation everyday for 1 hour. This is when I saw the most improvement.✌️👌
Do any of you do any personal wing chun training out of class? What’s your routine? How long do you think is most appropriate?
