I really like the Biu Jee elbow. Once I got the knack of really loosening up the shoulder and connecting it to my core the power is really surprising. Unfortunately it ripped one of the top straps off my punching bag. An expensive training day.

Yeah, the Biu Jee elbow is so powerful, and a great example of advanced internals. I think it may prove to be quite a popular strike 🙂🤜
