Level 1 Stage 4 will build on what you have learnt in the earlier stages, as well as introducing you to some new concepts within our Internal Wing Chun training.

This is the final stage before progressing to Level 2!

This module will teach you the "Level 1" internals behind the Wing Chun Elbow Strike.

Stepping – Next Level Internals
How to use your centre to step, maintain your structure, and increase the power from your mass.

Stamp Kick
You will be introduced to the structure behind the Wing Chun Stamp Kick, and how it is used.

Defence Against Single Arm Grabs
An important technique to learn, as grabs are a common form of attack. This technigue will also teach you some internal aspects as well as utilising ones that have already been learnt.

Elbow Strike – Revision
Revising the very powerful Wing Chun Pivot Elbow

Kick Defence
Learning to defend against kicks is important. Even though Wing Chun is mostly close range, we may start at a longer range (therefore kicking range) and need to know how to deal with that so we can create an entry.

Stepping – Next Level Internals – Revision
Revision of the new internals added to Wing Chun Stepping.

Reverse Tan Sau
You will learn the internals behind the Reverse Tan Sau, and look at how it is used in the "Reverse Tan Sau and Punch Technique".

Stamp Kick – Revision
Revision of the theory and exercises for the Wing Chun Stamp Kick.

Defence Against Single Arm Grabs – Revision
Revise the Single Arm Grabs.

Dan Chi Sau (Single Hand Chi Sau)
We will introduce you to Single Hand Chi Sau. This is preferably done with a partner, but you will learn how you can also do it by yourself and why this can also be of benefit.

Kick Defence – Revision
Revision of the Kick Defence thoery and exercises.

Completion of all Level 1 stages – Ready for Level 2
